Frequently Asked Questions

21 questions and answers on pricing, coverage areas, our process, and warranty — everything you need before requesting a quote from AVORA.

Pricing & Cost

How much does sandwich panel cost per meter?+

Price depends on thickness (5–10 cm), insulation type (polyurethane or rock wool), the outer sheet gauge, and total quantity. Send us your project details through the quote form or WhatsApp and we'll reply with an accurate quote within one business day.

Do prices differ between Jeddah and other cities?+

Base material prices are roughly the same, but transport and installation costs can rise slightly for Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Riyadh and Dammam depending on distance and project size. We break this down clearly in the quote.

Does the quote include both materials and installation?+

Yes, our quotes cover supply of materials, installation, and delivery unless stated otherwise explicitly in the quote.

Is there a fee for the site visit?+

No, site visits are free for all projects in and near Jeddah, and included in the final quote for projects in other cities.

Can I pay in installments?+

Yes, most projects are split into payments tied to execution milestones (a deposit, a mid-project payment, and a final payment on delivery). Details are set in the contract before work starts.

Coverage Areas

Which areas do you serve?+

Our head office is in Jeddah, and we serve Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Riyadh, Dammam, and all regions of the Kingdom. For projects outside Jeddah we arrange a site visit or work from precise drawings and measurements the client sends us.

Do you work outside the main cities?+

Yes, we also execute projects in governorates and towns within these regions, with a transport cost calculated from the actual distance from Jeddah.

Do you have a branch in Riyadh or Dammam?+

Our current office is in Jeddah only, and we serve other regions through mobile execution teams. We're expanding gradually and will announce any new branch once it opens.

Process & Execution

How do I request a quote?+

Through the quote request form on the site or directly on WhatsApp. Send the location, approximate area, and the service you need, and we'll reply with a detailed quote within 24 hours.

What are the steps from start to delivery?+

Initial contact and needs assessment → site visit or receiving drawings → quote and preliminary design → contract signing → on-site supply and installation → final inspection and handover with warranty.

How long does execution usually take?+

It varies by service and project size; a mid-size residential annex may take two to four weeks, while a large hangar or warehouse can take several months. The exact timeline is set in the quote after the site visit.

Can work start without a site visit?+

In some cases yes, if you provide accurate drawings, measurements, and clear site photos. We still recommend a visit to ensure execution accuracy, especially for larger projects.

Who oversees the project during execution?+

Every project has a dedicated site supervisor responsible for client communication, quality control, and schedule tracking daily until final handover.

Warranty & Quality

Do you offer a warranty on your work?+

Yes, all our work is covered by a warranty on installation quality and materials; its duration varies by service type and is detailed in the quote and contract.

What exactly does the warranty cover?+

It covers manufacturing and installation defects — such as water leaks in insulation work, sagging in steel structures, or welding and fixing issues. It does not cover damage from misuse or incidents unrelated to our execution.

What if a problem appears after handover?+

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp, and we'll send a maintenance team to inspect and resolve the issue within the warranty period at no extra cost, if the defect is covered.

What kind of materials do you use?+

We use certified, genuine materials: sandwich panels with polyurethane or rock wool insulation, galvanized steel structures, and insulation materials meeting Saudi specifications, selecting suppliers based on their quality track record.

Specific Services

What's the difference between a hangar and a warehouse?+

A hangar is typically an open steel structure without internal partitions, used for factories, maintenance, and large-scale storage. A warehouse is more specialized for storage and may include thermal insulation, partitions, and shelving depending on the activity.

Can you fix roof leaks without redoing the entire insulation?+

Yes, we offer leak detection and localized repair if the issue is limited, and only recommend full re-insulation when the existing layer is extensively damaged.

Do residential annexes need a municipality permit?+

This depends on the annex type, area, and your municipality's regulations. We help with the drawings and specifications needed for the permit, but obtaining the permit itself is the client's responsibility.

Can shade and pergola designs be customized?+

Yes, we design according to the space and style you want — from simple car shades to garden and seating pergolas in various shapes and materials (steel, wood, aluminum).
