The challenge

The roof was not designed for significant added load, and the existing waterproofing could not be punctured during fixing.

What we delivered

We used lightweight sandwich panels on load-spreading bases that do not breach the membrane, and re-treated every fixing point. Services were run inside walls before closing, followed by full finishing.
